Background

The Archi/Build Group, Inc. is an architectural and construction firm whose expertise is in all phases of new construction and remodeling of residential and commercial projects.

 

Archi-Build’s founder and president, Craig T. Cernek AIA, formed the organization in 1990 to fulfill his vision of combining the art and science of architecture with the old world craftsmanship of a master builder to offer the best in design/build services.

 

It’s staff is highly proficient in coordinating all aspects of project requirements, including zoning analysis, design philosophy, construction value analysis, construction documents, budgeting, bidding, construction observation, and all general contracting responsibilities.

Archi-Build’s residential portfolio includes both new construction and remodeling of apartment buildings, condominium conversions, custom homes, and room additions.

 

It’s commercial portfolio includes both new construction and remodeling of office buildings, hotels, restaurants, warehouses, manufacturing plants, and strip malls.
